As the Group Operations Director, Kerry Briggs oversees the business' operations and manages our relationship with our joint venture partner, Derbyshire County Council.

With the support of the Associate Directors, Kerry is an exceptional leader, spending half of his time in Matlock to support both the East Midlands and the East of England.

Since joining the team in February 2024, Kerry has assisted the Matlock office with a restructure, led the Building Services and Energy team, and implemented new ways of working that have now become business as usual. Kerry works closely with our Business Development Manager to facilitate business growth and prides himself on his effective communication skills, enabling him to support various teams across the organisation.

Kerry's level-headed approach and unique ability to break down complex tasks into manageable components make him a reliable and analytical professional who consistently delivers results. He is excellent at building rapport with clients and building lasting relationships while working closely with our Managing Director and Construction Director.

Kerry has extensive experience working with organisations such as Lorne Stewart, Eastern Electricity, SpectraSite Transco, and Telnk. He started his journey as an Apprentice Electrician and has held various roles, including Project Manager and General Manager. He was previously the Managing Director of Ceetech, a leading mechanical, electrical and maintenance services provider in Suffolk.
