Having joined Concertus in 2014, Kelly Content is our Associate in Architecture who leads the Interior and Landscape Architecture teams within the wider design studio. Kelly started as an Interior Design Technician, progressing over the years to Senior Interior Architectural Designer and Principal Interior Architectural Designer, which makes her perfectly placed to now oversee all aspects of the team, from line management and resource planning to project delivery and quality assurance.

With 11 years of experience in the industry, Kelly has a diverse portfolio that includes being involved in the £45 million Mildenhall Hub project and delivering the new £1.6 million Esports facilities for the University of Suffolk. She has worked across various sectors, including leisure, care, residential, and education, handling traditional and design-and-build contracts and building strong, trusted relationships.

With a First Class BA Honours Degree in Interior Architecture and Design, Kelly’s exceptional eye for detail ensures our work and deliverables uphold a high-quality standard that sets us apart from competitors, offering solutions to our clients, providing a clear vision to create visually pleasing environments that effectively balance aesthetics and functionality to deliver projects successfully.

Kelly’s dream job is to be a property developer and she enjoys collaborating with other design professionals and values being part of a multi-disciplinary team, appreciating a broader understanding of all aspects of the built environment.
