Charlotte joined Concertus in 2016 after graduating from university, progressing from HR Assistant to People Manager. She now fulfils a Vertas Group level role as the People Business Partner, where she works closely with the leadership teams to deliver the goals and objectives aligned to the group's business and people strategy.

As a chartered member of the CIPD, Charlotte enjoys coaching and influencing at all levels across the group and collaborating on people focused initiatives.
