Andrew is CEO of Concertus; responsible for the leadership and strategy of the Concertus group of companies. He is also an Executive Director of Suffolk Group Holdings Limited.

Since joining the Suffolk County Council’s Architecture team in 1988, he has held several senior positions such as Supply Change Manager, the technical lead for many major projects and overseeing the delivery arm of the property team. Andrew was instrumental in creating Concertus Design & Property Consultants in 2013. The company’s journey since then has seen Concertus develop and expand its award-winning services.

Andrew is committed to collaborating with clients and partners to deliver their objectives using the lowest levels of carbon, in the most efficient and innovative way. As an approachable and respected leader, Andrew challenges and encourages the Concertus team to ensure exceptional services are delivered to our clients.

A chartered engineer by profession, Andrew is a Fellow of the Institution of Chartered Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), a member of the Society of Light and Lighting (SLL) and the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM). Andrew has recently stepped down as President of SPACES (Society for Public Architecture, Construction, Engineering and Surveying) to take on the role of immediate past president. He has served on many industry bodies to develop training and standards, and is a strong advocate of STEM. Training is incredibly important to Andrew and he is passionate about his current role as Chairman of the Education, Training and Membership Committee of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers.
