What We Do
As an ISO 45001-accredited company, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of health and safety in construction.
Our professional and technical teams possess the necessary CDM (Construction Design and Management) health and safety skills, knowledge, and experience to ensure projects meet all required standards.
To demonstrate our organisational capability, Concertus are members of Construction Line Gold and therefore members of the Safety Scheme in Procurement Forum.
To maintain our expertise, all team members undergo comprehensive health and safety training, including: CDM Awareness, Asbestos Awareness, Health and Safety Induction Training, and CSCS Cards (held by all professional and technical employees).
Demonstrating our organisational capability, we are proud members of Constructionline Gold and the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) Forum.
Our robust CDM health and safety system provides a clear framework for maintaining, managing, and continuously improving our health and safety performance, ensuring every project is delivered safely and efficiently.
Standard Services
Our standard Health and Safety + CDM services include:
- Advising clients of their role under the CDM regulations.
- Carrying out the duties of Principal Designer when directly appointed by the client.
- Assisting contractors in carrying out their duties of the Principal Designer in design and build projects.
- Preparing pre-construction information.
- Ensuring designers comply with their duties.
- Managing the F10 notification process.
- Reviewing health and safety information.
- Liaising with the principal contractor throughout the construction phase.
- Preparing the health and safety file.
- Ensuring the multi-disciplinary design team follow the principles of prevention from inception through to completion.
Additional Services

Carrying out Construction Site Health & Safety Audits.
Carrying out accident, incident and near-miss investigations. Reporting to stakeholders with recommendations for improvement to policies and procedures.
Carrying out Fire Safety Assessments and other Risk Assessments for buildings and workplaces.
