At Concertus, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support to Schools, Academies, Multi-Academy Trusts, and larger Multi-Academy Trusts. Our expertise in Building Surveying and experienced team are here to assist you in managing your property estates efficiently.

Navigating the funding landscape can often be confusing. Depending on size and type, schools are typically categorised based on their eligibility for School Condition Allocation funding (SCA) or Capital Improvement Funding (CIF). If you’re uncertain about which category your school falls into, we’re here to help! We can clarify your eligibility criteria, or you can also find more information on Gov.uk.

No matter the size or type of your institution, Concertus is equipped to support you. We encourage you to reach out for a conversation about your needs and how we can work together.
