The launch of the new Suffolk County Council Construction Framework is fast approaching

The launch of the new Suffolk County Council Construction Framework is fast approaching. The Selection Questionnaire documents will go live on Monday 5th December.

The upcoming framework will consist of three separate construction lots and two mechanical and electrical lots. The aim of the framework is to ensure SCC and other public sector partners who choose to use the framework, an effective and efficient route to delivering projects in the East of England region. In addition to traditional construction and refurbishment works, the framework can be utilised for specialist demolition and condition improvement works, including the fabric and infrastructure of buildings.

The framework can be adapted to suit both JCT and NEC forms of procurement, along with traditional and D&B forms of contract.
