Concertus Welcomes New Associate to Enhance Quantity Surveying Team

Stuart Cox, Associate Quality Surveyor

In a strategic move to strengthen its service offerings, Concertus Design & Property Consultants is thrilled to announce the newest addition to their team, Stuart Cox, who joins as an Associate (Quantity Surveying). Based in Matlock, Stuart brings a wealth of experience to his new role at Concertus, where he will contribute to our East Midlands operations.

Stuart is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and his career spans over 25 years, during which he has made significant contributions across both public and private sectors. His professional journey has taken him from the United Kingdom to East Asian markets, demonstrating his versatility and perspective on Quantity Surveying and Project Management.

Before joining Concertus, Stuart was pivotal in steering business and organisational transformation programmes for DFI Retail Group, significantly impacting operations across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Stuart also spent a decade at Aldi as a Strategic National Property Manager, managing large national store delivery budgets and CapEx. He has also successfully worked on PFI hospitals, prisons, and schools.
