Concertus appointed to deliver new social housing for Havebury

We were appointed to deliver new social housing at Westbourne Court in Havebury on behalf of Pentaco Construction.

Our integrated approach to structural and civil engineering design allows us to provide effective, coordinated, sustainable and efficient solutions for building, structures, drainage and paving.

With a focus on appearance, durability, safety and buildability, our team of Structural and Civil Engineers delivered the engineering design work. This included the design of piled ground beam foundations to support a steel light frame superstructure, retaining walls, hard surfaces, highways S278 agreement, and a SuDs drainage scheme.
